INTRODUCING: FGPG’s Acute Care Clinic (ACC), located in Suite 110 of the Yorktown Medical Center. This clinic is an extension of your regular healthcare team, established to provide safe and timely care during the pandemic.
We provide appointment only COVID-19 rapid testing, COVID-19 PCR send-out testing, as well as rapid flu and rapid strep throat. For an appointment, call your regular FGPG doctor’s office phone number. Our staff will schedule you for either a virtual visit with your regular healthcare provider/team or an Acute Care Clinic provider.
Vaccine update: We do not yet have a distribution of COVID vaccine; please use the Department of Public Heath as your resource for now. As soon as FGPG has the vaccine, we will let you know!
