In my free time, my husband and I enjoy vacationing at the Disney Resorts and taking Disney cruises. In addition, we love spending time with family, including our three standard poodles. In 2018, we were blessed with our first grandchild. We are lucky enough to live just three doors down from her. She is the light of our lives. I also love to cheer on my husband at his Ironman triathlon events around the country, and watch our favorite football teams, the Green Bay Packers and the Alabama Crimson Tide. Roll tide!
Kelli Borland began her career in healthcare in 1997 as a registered nurse at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. After working in the departments of psychiatry, internal medicine, gastroenterology and geriatrics, she left nursing to work with her husband and daughter in the family salon and spa business. Kelli enjoyed her work as an aesthetician specializing in skin care treatments, but missed her career in medicine. After returning to nursing, she decided to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing and
graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham summa cum laude in 2017. She sought to practice in the specialty of dermatology to marry her two passions, medicine and skin care.
Kelli is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a nurse practitioner, as well as board certified in gerontological nursing. She is a member of both the American Nurses Association and of the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization.
